Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Argus Airsoft, operated by MR Dula Enterprise, LLC, including our website and any iOS and Android applications (together, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility (13+)

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (for example, a field or team), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The service

Argus Airsoft helps airsoft players discover fields, check in, manage profiles and teams, submit field intel, and related features. Features may differ between web, iOS, and Android and may change over time.

The Service is provided for informational and community purposes. We do not guarantee that field data, hours, rules, availability, or third-party locations are accurate, complete, or current. Always verify details with field operators before traveling or playing.

Airsoft involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for following field rules, local laws, safety requirements, and applicable age restrictions at venues you visit.

User contributions

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, post, or edit content and data, including field descriptions, ownership claims, intel verifications, team names and messages, events, roster information, gear locker notes, and advertising inquiries (collectively, "Contributions").

You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Contributions solely to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Contributions and that they do not violate any law or third-party rights.

• Field ownership claims must be truthful. False or fraudulent claims may result in immediate removal and account termination.
• Intel verifications and field edits should be accurate and made in good faith. Do not vandalize listings or submit deliberate misinformation.
• Team and roster content must respect other players. Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or sexual content involving minors is prohibited.
• Do not impersonate fields, brands, other users, or our company.
• Do not use Contributions to spam, phish, distribute malware, or promote unrelated commercial schemes without authorization.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

• Use the Service if you are under 13 years of age.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or field rule.
• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten any person.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that burdens or disrupts the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service to coordinate illegal activity or violence.
• Submit false check-ins, fake presence, or manipulated location data.
• Circumvent moderation, ownership verification, or enforcement actions.

Moderation and enforcement

We may—but are not obligated to—review Contributions and investigate reports of abuse. We may remove, edit, or decline content; revoke verified status; suspend features; or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, when we believe these Terms have been violated or the Service is at risk.

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans across web and mobile clients.

Field operators and verified owners

Verified field ownership is granted after review and may be revoked if claims are false or accounts are misused. Verified owners are responsible for keeping public listing information reasonably accurate and for complying with these Terms.

Ownership tools do not transfer legal title to any physical property and do not create a partnership with us.

Teams and communications

Team features are provided for coordinating play among consenting members. Team leaders and members are responsible for their communications. We may access team content when necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect users.

Mobile applications (iOS and Android)

When you use our iOS or Android apps, additional platform terms from Apple or Google may apply. You are responsible for data charges and device permissions you grant (such as location, photos, or notifications).

Mobile features involving location or file sharing are optional and should be used lawfully and with respect for privacy.

Advertising and third parties

The Service may display curated sponsor placements or links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with advertisers or external sites are solely between you and them.

Intellectual property

The Service, including our name, logos, software, and design, is owned by MR Dula Enterprise, LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use Contributions as described above, these Terms grant you no ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR Dula Enterprise, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MR Dula Enterprise, LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Contributions, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including contributions license, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
