MR Dula Enterprise, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Argus Airsoft on the web and in planned or released iOS and Android applications (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

Eligibility (13+)

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at matt@mrdula.solutions and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Information we collect

  • Account information from our authentication provider (such as name, email address, and profile identifiers) when you create or sign in to an account.
  • Profile and gameplay information you choose to provide, including callsign, operator class, bio, home field, gear locker entries, team membership, and roster visibility preferences.
  • Contributions you submit to the Service, including field listings and updates, ownership claims, intel verifications, team messages, event details, and advertising inquiries.
  • Usage and activity data, such as check-ins, progression, and interactions with maps, directories, and team features.
  • Device and app information on mobile clients, including device type, operating system, app version, and crash or performance diagnostics.
  • Location information when you grant permission on mobile apps or when you use location-aware features (for example, field maps or future team field operations). You can revoke location permission in your device settings.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, language preference, and cookies or similar technologies on the web.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service across web, iOS, and Android.
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Display public and team-visible content according to your settings and our Terms.
  • Review field ownership claims, user-submitted intel, and other contributions for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, security notices, and service updates.
  • Analyze aggregated usage to improve maps, directories, performance, and features.
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights, safety, and property of users, fields, and our company.

Contributions and public content

Parts of the Service allow you to submit or edit information about airsoft fields, events, teams, and related intel. Some information may be visible to other users based on your settings (for example, roster visibility or public field pages).

Do not submit sensitive personal information about yourself or others in contributions. You are responsible for what you post and for having any rights needed to share it.

We may store, display, moderate, remove, or decline contributions that violate our Terms or that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, harmful, or abusive.

How we share information

  • With other users, when you choose to make profile, roster, check-in, team, or field information visible.
  • With service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, email, analytics, and infrastructure), subject to contractual protections.
  • When required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect safety and enforce our policies.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.

  • Revoke mobile location permissions in your device settings.

United States and international users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
